African Peanut Soup

Saute:
1 ounce of ginger
2 cloves of garlic
1 medium onion
cayene pepper(whatever you can handle)
Then add:
3 cups of crushed tomatoes
1 3/4 cup peanutbutter
3 cups water/veg stock
Blend ingredients.
Then add 3 cups of crushed tomatoes and voila!
